1. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates shown directly from Canada Post and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Delivery times are quoted directly from Canada Post and we have no control over how fast or slow they actually move your packages, nor do we have any more information on your tracking then is posted on their website. Canada Post has suspended all on-time delivery guarantees, due to the unique circumstances they are operating in since Covid, please expect delays from the delivery times shown on your shipping option. You can find out more about Canada Post services during Covid here Covid-19 Updates Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order and have it in the hands of Canada Post within [2-10] business days of the date of your order with 2-4 days being the norm. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note there is no postal service on [Saturdays, Sundays]. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on size of package, the weight of your order, the location and the delivery method. The prices quoted are coming directly from Canada Post as our shipping is integrated into their system. We do not determine your shipping prices, Canada Post's online system does. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed based on your location and your items chosen. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

3. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and offer you a choice of either a replacement item, a refund for the item or a refund for the total order, using the original method of payment.

4. Delivery Location

We ship worldwide, If there is any issue with your check out, please contact us at info@canadiansugargliders.com so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Please note that you will be responsible for any fees required to import the package into your country.

5. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@canadiansugargliders.com.

6. Lost Packages

While we will do everything in our power to help assist you in claiming your Insurance coverage. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost in the Postal System. Once a package is out of our hands and in the hands of the Carrier, it becomes an issue that needs to be addressed with the Carrier as we have absolutely no control over it once it is in their possession. 

7. Incorrect Addresses

Be sure to double check your shipping address, as we are not responsible for the costs incurred for incorrect addresses. Whatever you input for your shipping address is exactly what goes onto the label and once it is in the hands of Canada Post there is no way to adjust this. If a unit # or any other required information for delivery is missing, Canada Post returns to sender and charges us the shipping fee again. In order to receive your package, this returned shipping fee, along with a new shipping fee, will need to be paid to send it back out again.
